I took my Baby Class in with a problem today and I was able to see its innards and get a full explanation of the fault. It was repaired same day and I was made to feel like my custom was important. First cup I made just now and all working fine again. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gaggia Service UK to friends. |

I thought when my Saeco Incanto started leaking that I was in for a large sum of money to replace it. To my delight I found Gaggia Service on the internet and to my joy, they said they could service it and repair the leak!!
I swiftly packaged my machine up and posted it off, excited for its return. It arrived this morning and i was delighted with the results, a clean, fresh looking machine inside and out, all the broken bits were replaced and my first real coffee in 30 days was an absolute delight.
My machine now has a new life and I would certainly send it back to Gaggia Service again when the time comes. I cannot praise Andrew and Andrea enough, (I am drinking a coffee whilst writing this feedback). My coffee is delicious, my machine stands proudly in place in my kitchen and I could not be happier!

I would like give a big thank you to Andrew for supplying the spare parts to bring my Gaggia back to life. A quick explanation of the fault from myself and a diagnosis from Andrew with fitting instructions and tips for installation had my Gaggia up and running 100% again.
Amazingly Gaggia/Phillips own service centre did not want to know and gave me the run around.

Having been left without support when my out-of-warranty Gaggia Titanium developed a fault, I was relieved to come across Gaggia Service on the Internet.
Not only did they fix the fault, but they were able to undertake a thorough overhaul of a well-used machine which had given over 5 years service.
Having received the machine back and used it now for a couple of weeks I am really pleased with the excellent service I received and am now looking forward to another 5 years of great espressos from my machine.
