A big thank you to all the team! I have to be honest and say that this has been one of the most helpful and friendly companies I have ever dealt with. Our machine developed a fault, and after contacting Gaggia Service UK, it was collected on time and taken for repair. When the fault was identified the engineers called me and advised what was wrong & what needed doing. The following day I was advised that all was fixed and the machine was ready to come home. I thought when my Saeco Incanto started leaking that I was in for a large sum of money to replace it. To my delight I found Gaggia Service on the internet and to my joy, they said they could service it and repair the leak!!

 

I swiftly packaged my machine up and posted it off, excited for its return. It arrived this morning and i was delighted with the results, a clean, fresh looking machine inside and out, all the broken bits were replaced and my first real coffee in 30 days was an absolute delight.

 

My machine now has a new life and I would certainly send it back to Gaggia Service again when the time comes. I cannot praise Andrew and Andrea enough, (I am drinking a coffee whilst writing this feedback). My coffee is delicious, my machine stands proudly in place in my kitchen and I could not be happier!

Having been left without support when my out-of-warranty Gaggia Titanium developed a fault, I was relieved to come across Gaggia Service on the Internet.

Not only did they fix the fault, but they were able to undertake a thorough overhaul of a well-used machine which had given over 5 years service.
