Our site does not automatically capture or store personal information, other than logging the user's IP address and session info such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used. This is recognised by the Web server and is only used for system administration and to provide statistics, which we use to evaluate use of the site.

Terms and Conditions for Web Sales and Service
Looking after our customers
Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the Distance Selling Regulations and are designed to ensure that all of our customers can shop easily and with confidence. Please print and keep a copy for reference.
Accepting orders and security
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. We will send an e-mail (first e-mail) to confirm receipt. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail (second e-mail) with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.
In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions.
If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.
Age Requirements
To order a product or service there is a minimum age requirement of 16 years, by ordering you confirm you are of the required age.
Pricing
All prices quoted will be in £ sterling and are exclusive of VAT, and collection or delivery fees, where applicable. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Payment Terms
All machine service and repair costs must be paid for in full before we arrange return carriage.
An invoice will be sent to the customer on completion of work and must be paid within 30 days by the following method(s): Major credit card, debit card, cheque (drawn on a UK bank) or by bank transfer. Please note there will be a 2% surcharge for all debit and credit card payments.
After 30 days will charge a storage fee. After 90 days your machine will be scrapped and we may take legal action to recover our costs.
Shipping Charges
The standard collection and delivery charge using our delivery driver is £20 each way throughout most of England, Wales and southern Scotland. In other locations or when a specific day is requested for a collection, we will provide an alternative quote using commercial courier.
Delivery
Delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom unless you contact us by e-mail and request otherwise. Delivery must be to the address at which your credit or debit card is registered. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. We do everything we can to meet our delivery times described on our website, though delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Warranty
All new parts installed by Italian Imports S.R.L Limited will be covered by our 1 year warranty. Should a part develop a fault during this time, please contact us for assistance and replacement.
Please note: Any part that is not supplied and installed by us will not be covered under this warranty. Our warranty does not include any electrical circuit boards or components unless we have repaired or replaced these items. Due to the high cost of fuel, all repairs exclude the cost of collection and delivery. Courier charges are not included in the warranty. |
Cancellations and Returns
Italian Imports S.R.L Limited do not operate a sales or return policy. Under EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery, if you wish to cancel your order you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the goods being received. You will be responsible for return postage unless the product is defective through fault of our own. Please contact us before returning goods. Returned goods should be packaged as they were sent in the best method possible, only unused goods returned in original condition will be credited. Goods returned will be subject to a re-stocking administration fee of 50%, this means we will deduct 50% from the original order value to cover our own costs and refund you the remaining value. We cannot accept cancellation of purchases for foodstuffs which have been opened unless the product is defective. Second hand / ex-demo and refurbished goods may not be returned. We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g - out of date, ripped packaging).
Miscellaneous
Sales on the web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions only cover the web site. Any links within this site to other web sites are not covered by this policy and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of the web sites which are not under our control.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
