Our driver was stuck on the M20 in Kent on 23/07/16 for 16 hours. He could have turned around and come back to Nottingham, but unbeknownst to us, he continued with his work and delivered our customers' coffee machines in Deal, Kent.

Why is our Gaggia Classic better than the Philips brand?
We build our machines from all new parts.
The electro valve is the high quality Olab unit which gives better pressure resulting in better crema and better coffee, as opposed to the poor quality one fitted in the Philips unit. Our boiler is the made from alloy for better heat stability and retention, and the steam wand is semi-professional and not plastic like the one on the Philips unit. You may have already seen our logo branded van and driver going up and down the country. This is a unique service that we provide to our customers. No-one else in the industry provides such a superb service to it's customers. The cost of the van including insurance, fuel and a driver is a considerable investment and we subsidise the operating cost as a non-profit service. The price you pay for this value-added service is miniscule by comparison.

All other couriers will treat your coffee machine as if it were a box of nuts and bolts which regularly results in considerable damage being caused during transit. Couriers do not accept liability easily for breakages or loss and so we have had to take several companies to court, and we won, but this process is long and time-consuming and an unnecessary burden for customers who have to wait longer for further repairs to be made.
Now when you book in your coffee machine with us for a service or repair, our staff will confirm and notify you by email the time and day that our driver will arrive at your home or business to collect it. When will my machine be repaired?
Here at Gaggia Service UK we work hard. 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, in fact we have only been closed for two days during the past year. We pride ourselves on our high level of service and our full years warranty on every part we repair or replace.
Our customers Tell Us that our service is second to none. When we collect your machine you can rest assured that it will be repaired and it will be returned to you with a year warranty on every part that we repair or replace. This is our guarantee.
We currently have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks for Gaggia Baby, Classics and Evolution. Larger machines are currently taking longer due to high demand and the technical complexity of these machines. Each machine takes 11 hours to test and service in our workshop in addition to any repair work that may be needed.
