New Service Centre
We are excited to announce that we have now moved to larger premises in Nottingham. Our new larger facility will allow us to cope with the increasing demand for our repair service and we are currently training new staff to provide a faster turnaround time.
When will my machine be repaired?
Here at Gaggia Service UK we work hard. 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, in fact we have only been closed for two days during the past year. We pride ourselves on our high level of service and our full years warranty on every part we repair or replace. We have had a very busy 2010.
Since Gaggia UK went into liquidation in 2009, we have had to cope with the increased demand from its customers who had already been let down with poor quality repairs, or no repairs made at all.
Our customers Tell Us that our service is second to none. When we collect your machine you can rest assured that it will be repaired and it will be returned to you with a full years warranty on every part that we repair or replace. This is our guarantee.
We currently have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks for Gaggia Baby, Classics and Evolution. Larger machines are currently taking longer due to high demand and the technical complexity of these machines. Each machine takes 11 hours to test and service in our workshop in addition to any repair work that may be needed.
We have just moved to larger premises and we are currently taking on more staff to improve our lead times. We aim to minimise the disruption caused from this expansionand we look forward to servicing your machine in our newly equipped workshop.
